Shipping policy
At Indianvaidyas we are committed to providing only
genuine products, sourced directly from the manufacturer or their authorized
distributors. Prior to shipping, we do several levels of rigorous quality
checks, hence eliminating any chances of counterfeit products. If you have any
concerns about the authenticity of any of the items you have purchased from us

Shipping and Delivery:
Orders placed on our site will be shipped within 48 to 72
working hours (subject to availability of products). Once shipped, they will be
delivered to you within 3-10 working days (subject to delivery TAT of our
logistic partners). Estimated delivery time may change due to the customer's
geographical location, shipping destination, product availability, and courier
partner’s delivery time & location. Customers are advised not to accept
tampered or damaged shipments.
General:
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate
stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock
discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of
purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact
you about whether you would prefer to await the restocking of the back order of
items or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
Shipping cost:
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the
weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for
shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final
price for the shipping cost to the customer
Return, Refund
policy
Once a return is requested, our courier partners will pick
up the item within 7 days. We provide a simple refund policy for all the
products sold on our website. Refunds are processed in a maximum of 30 days
from the date on which returned goods will be received. In case of prepaid
order through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be
refunded back to the account from which it was paid within a maximum of 15

Refunds will only be considered for audio and video
consultations booked through our app i.e indianvaidyas
To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 10
days from the date of the consultation.
Refund requests are subject to review and approval by
[indianvaidyas].
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
a. Technical Issues: If there are
significant technical issues or interruptions during the consultation that
prevent effective communication.
b. Service Non-Performance: If the
healthcare professional or service provider fails to deliver the consultation
as agreed upon or does not provide a satisfactory level of service.
c. Appointment Cancellation: If the
healthcare professional or service provider cancels the appointment without
reasonable notice.
Refunds will not be granted if the consultation was
completed successfully and in accordance with the agreed terms.
Refunds will not be provided for user dissatisfaction or
personal reasons unrelated to the quality of the service

Cancellation
policy:
Once your order has been dispatched, we regret to inform
you that no cancellation can be done. Please feel free to get in touch with us

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched but up to 24
hours of placing your order only.
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to reject,
cancel or limit your order. The reasons may include errors in pricing, certain
issues identified by our fraud avoidance department or any order placed using a
technological loophole or glitch, etc. We will notify you in case your order
has been canceled fully or partially or if any additional information is
required to ship your order.
In case of cancellations, refunds are processed in a
maximum of 15 working days from the date on which the order is cancelled. For
prepaid orders through Credit Card or Debit Card, the amount will be
transferred back to the account from which it was paid..
